What you will do in your working day

·     Digital artwork design for sales materials and marketing assets, using platforms such as, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and Powerpoint and ai tools for image generation

·     Managing our social media channels ensure that content is created and posted regularly and in line with the Marketing strategy

·     Maintain and manage scheduled content across channels to ensure that planned posts are correct and posted at the planned time

·     Basic video creation and editing

·     Edit and update website copy as required and utilising content management systems

·     Support with creating marketing campaigns for product growth and lead generation

·     Evaluate and report on key metrics from posts, campaigns and projects to help inform future strategy

·     Support clinical events to post live and interview (vox-pops) with delegates & speakers testimonials

·     Implementing brand guidelines and core marketing templates

·     Work as part of a team to form innovative growth strategies

·     Assisting with ad hoc requests

The training you will be getting

Multi-channel marketer Level 3.

Professional recognition:

To access the session, they will need:

  • A desktop/laptop computer
  • To download the meeting software application
  • Assessment on the programme

Your progress will be continually assessed using our online apprenticeship management system, E-Track.
Throughout your apprenticeship you will upload evidence to show that you have completed the activities that contribute towards the
achievement of your apprenticeship.


As part of our remote learning arrangements, a variety of resources have been made available to learners:

  • Access to Online Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Access to online learning portals
  • Access to Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including our bespoke virtual machines
  • Live Webinars hosted in our virtual classroom space via 3CX or Microsoft Teams
  • Live Tutorials and 1to1 sessions via 3CX / Teams
  • Access to Microsoft Technology Associate
  • Mocks – hosted on Moodle
  • All webinars are recorded and shared with learners so they can go back over the content of the session at a later date
  • Remote support software e.g. AeroAdmin
  • End-point Assessment (EPA)

Once you have gone through the gateway, you will start the EPA. This assessment will showcase the entirety of the knowledge, skills and behaviours you have developed during the programme.

Things to consider

Experience: • Experience and passion in digital design and utilisation of some or all of the following, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and Powerpoint • Experience and flair in using social media and creating content • Basic video editing skills Candidate: The role requires a professional, self-motivated and pro-active individual who is able to adapt and respond to a fast paced organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, creative and work to a consistently high standard. You must be confident in your organisational ability and have a high attention to detail and an interest in measuring the effectiveness of digital media. Skills and knowledge required: • Excellent organisational abilities and written / oral communications skills • A thorough command of MS Office is essential - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using social media and an understanding of how to use to grow engagement and generate leads • Ability to be work with minimal supervision and act on own initiative • High attention to detail and extremely efficient • Capable of dealing with a fast paced environment, changing demands and tight deadlines • Able and keen to learn new skills and navigate new systems quickly - e.g Click-up mapping and task system, Mail Chimp and Survey Monkey • Able to prioritise tasks • Must be flexible, hardworking, have a 'can do' attitude and be forward thinking • Creative and resourceful • A passion for design and marketing with the ability to report on key metrics • Knowledge or interest of healthcare is favourable but not essential
