What you will do in your working day

  •  To carry out service, calibration & commissioning work as required by the business. This work will include working away from home on clients’ sites UK & worldwide.
  • To assist in fielding and then progressing emails & phone calls regarding the supply of spare parts as and when required.
  • To provide additional support to installation teams relating to site wiring/ modifications/ testing and commissioning.

The training you will be getting

  • Training will be delivered by a combination of all round training in the workplace and will also involve attending college one day a week at Hopwood Hall College (Middleton Campus). You will be assigned a work-based tutor from Hopwood Hall College who will support you through your apprenticeship.
  • On successful completion of the apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standard.
