What you will do in your working day

  • Greet visitors and offer them refreshments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist the Office Manager in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Perform clerical duties such as collating/formatting information, binding, couriering, filing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Manage office supplies inventory.
  • Help the Office Manager with breakfast and lunch setup.
  • Handle non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Coordinate transportation, including arranging taxis and couriers, and managing shipping and leaver equipment returns.
  • Assist with booking in and receiving deliveries.
  • Provide HR and recruitment support.
