What you will do in your working day

Duties include but not limited to:

  • To meet the needs of children and to provide a caring, stimulating and interesting environment for them
  • To see every child as unique and to promote healthy growth and development
  • To participate in regular staff discussions and meetings with colleagues and managers
  • To maintain the efficient operation of the nursery and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • To participate in training as required both internal and externally to the nursery

The training you will be getting

  • Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard and qualification
  • Paediatric first aid
  • Functional Skills maths & English (if required)
  • On and off the job training and location to be confirmed

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate could possibly have full-time position in the organisation
