What you will do in your working day

We are currently looking to recruit an apprentice to become part of our nursery team at Cuddles and Care. We are in a position to offer 2 apprenticeships in our nursery and would welcome applications from people looking to develop or create a career within Early Years Education.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the daily routine of the nursery
  • Providing a fun, safe and nurturing environment
  • Working as a team
  • Planning and delivering activities

The training you will be getting

  • You will attend Strode College once a week
  • Maths and English functional skills if required
  • You will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification upon completion, alongside a mandatory Paediatric First Aid qualification
  • Strode College will be managing the applications for this vacancy

You will be part of a highly skilled and motivated work force this will give you the opportunity to grow and develop ready to work within the childcare sector.

A fulltime position may be offered to the right candidate.

Things to consider

Reliable transport to the place of employment and Strode College is essential. Those applying without the grade requirements may need to complete a level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship.
