What you will do in your working day

  • Credit control
  • Purchase order & invoice processing
  • Excel spreadsheet processing
  • Statistical analysis
  • Project work
  • Administrative and general office tasks
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Collating data for payroll input
  • Assist with general and payroll enquiries either in person, email, letter or by telephone.
  • Prepare financial reconciliations for bank, credit card, sales ledger etc.
  • Assist in the production of statistical information on an ad hoc basis
  • Be aware of the Financial Regulations and ensure that they are adhered to whilst carrying out the finance office duties

The training you will be getting

Work towards your Level 3 AAT qualification. (All learning is delivered online/ remote). 

Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 8th best UK training provider)
