What you will do in your working day

  • You will help in the management of the practice diary and be responsible (after training) for maintaining the ongoing client review process.
  • You will be obtaining and maintaining detailed client information to support the Financial Adviser as well as ensuring supporting documentation and back-office systems are maintained, and all client files remain compliant.
  • You will be assisting with the preparation of presentations and documentation required for client meetings, following up with a summary letter after each client review meeting.
  • You will provide an efficient, friendly, and professional point of contact for clients with enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
