What you will do in your working day

We are looking for a business admin apprentice to join our team. The role requires a switched-on individual who is self-motivated and highly organised. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, fantastic customer service and communication skills are very important to be a success in this role. Our client is is an independent; family owned and run pharmacy that has been serving the local community since 2012. They are your local pharmacy; offering an unrivaled range of services in the independent sector. All of the team are committed to providing you with the highest quality of advice and care in order to meet your individual needs. They pride themselves on the special relationships we have developed with our customers to understand their needs and how we can help to meet those needs by giving friendly and efficient service.

Duties to include:

  • Contacting business customers
  • Onboarding customers onto the company system
  • General admin
  • Dealing with phone enquiries

Qualifications Required:
