What you will do in your working day

  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
  • Assist with processing Sales Ledger
  • Assist with processing Purchase Ledger
  • Maintain company databases
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound enquires via phone and email
  • Maintaining organised files and records of business activity
  • Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
  • Learning about the company's mission and available products / services
  • Writing and editing company correspondence
  • Provide office support including customer and employee support
  • Accurate processing of paperwork using various accounting / hire software packages
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain a high quality service to the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation standard
  • Uphold standards of personal presentation to clients
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Undertake training as required to assist with personal development
  • Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
  • Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS and EMS, on opportunities for improvement, on change requirements, on innovations
  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus
  • Ensure the integrity of the QMS and EMS is maintained

  • You will attend Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce
    Training once a week based in Radford, Coventry
