Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Administration Apprentice provides operational & admin support to the Engineering Team & Projects Team Assistant. The role is varied & includes general admin duties i.e- setting up clients onto our customer database, compliance admin & assisting with HR Admin including training & recruitment.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The apprenticeship training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning and monthly virtual masterclasses with Yeovil College. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Business Administration Level 3 standard. On completion the apprentice will receive Business Administration level 3 qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English may also be required depending on current level.
