What you will do in your working day

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and organize tenancy agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage the renewal process for Gas Safety Certificates (GSC) and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
  • Identify and arrange repairs for properties, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, informing them of any issues and keeping them updated on progress
  • Respond to general email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
