As a sales apprentice you’ll learn about the different ways we sell these products and ensure that our customers are happy, as well as all aspects of sales administration. You will telephone customers, answer calls to the office and upsell.

The training you will be getting

  • You will take a Level 3 Business Administration qualification via remote learning with Croydon College.
  • Training will be 1 day per week
  • Functional Skills English level 2 if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Once qualified there may be the opportunity to become a Customer Service Advisor or a Sales Representative within the company or the wider group

Perkins sells toys, stationery and household products, largely to convenience stores. We have a small, friendly, team based in Ferndown and a warehouse in Swansea. We are part of the Cathay Group, a multinational distribution business. We hold several licences including for the Red Arrows
