    Monday - Saturday (Saturdays are done via a rota) Monthly shifts to be confirmed between the hours of 9am - 5:15pm 45 minute break

What you will do in your working day

  • Using computer systems
  • Inputting data/ processing orders
  • Answering calls/ booking appointments
  • Fitting glasses
  • Advising customers on suitability 
  • Preparing clinics/ printing forms
  • Recalling patients when appointments are due
  • Filing/ admin duties 
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness. 
  • Understanding confidentiality/ follow GDPR 
  • Any other day to day duties as requested by the manager

  • Functional Skills Maths/ English (If required) 
  • No day release, worked based learning (qualification completed within the working environment)
