What you will do in your working day

What will the apprentice be doing?

Working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Advisors, you will complete a variety of administration tasks, your main responsibilities and duties will include, although not be limited to:

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors etc
  • Completing forms, scanning, photocopying, and updating spreadsheets
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Answering the phones in a professional manner, assisting with queries, and taking message
  • Monitoring the email accounts

About the employer

Established in 2011 DB couriers has grown from one man and a van to 35 Drivers and a full office of staff. We have a smart casual work wear policy so no need to be suited and booted, we offer incentives and team lunches on a weekly basis. We have a communal fridge which is normally sticked with drinks snacks and things to make your lunch with. We hold weekly team meetings to discuss any new ideas.
