What you will do in your working day

As the business continues to grow, we are expanding the team and looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work from our head office based in Hazel Grove. 

The successful applicant will play a vital role in our Sales process, acting as the first point of contact for calls and enquires and learning on the job!

Sales Admin Job Responsibilities: 

  • Answering telephone taking messages and dealing with clients
  • Keeping accurate records and data entry
  • Building rapport with relevant people within the business/externally
  • Prioritisation of workload to ensure queries are dealt with effectively and risk is managed
  • Work under Director of Sales supporting with the day-to-day admin of a Sales role/team such as emails, excel, running reports etc
  • Use the company’s management system and update as necessary with any new information

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths & English (if required)

*All training will be delivered within the workplace with no need for the successful apprentice to attend college for learning. An assessor will visit you every 4-6 weeks to set assignments and your employer will alllocate you 6 hours per week to attend these meetings, complete assignments/coursework/project work etc.
