    Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. May be required to work a Saturday, 8.30am to 1.00pm.

What you will do in your working day

  • Changing tyres
  • Changing and checking fluids
  • Fixing / checking or changing of brake pads
  • You will learn all other aspects of motor vehicle maintenance during your time as an apprentice

The training you will be getting

  • Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (light vehicle) Level 3 qualification.
  • Before the Standard is met, all apprentices must hold a certificate that meets the EU’s 2014 F-gas regulation.
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
  • You will be required to come into the college one day per week
