What you will do in your working day

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Prospecting using social media
  • Cold calling B2B client
  • Social media marketing
  • Assessing clients' insurance needs
  • Negotiating between insurers and clients to secure deals
  • Using Office 365 and CRM
  • Working alongside the Managing Director to strategically build clients' book
  • Completing support duties within the Insurance Claims process

  • Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • A fully and part-funded learning and development programme that includes the Cert CII
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Insurance Practitioners
  • Role-specific routes are to tailor the apprenticeship to the job role:
  • Claims Handler / Loss Adjuster
  • Assistant Underwriter
  • Junior Broker
  • Free CII membership for non-members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
  • Includes the CII study books and exam entries
  • Resit costs for CII exams and End-Point-Assessment will be covered by the employer
  • Fortnightly workshops for each CII exam
  • All workshops recorded and available on-demand
  • Interactive chat, forums and class notebooks for real time support and assistance from experienced and qualified insurance professionals
  • Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
  • Regular tutorials and assessments with your dedicated trainer

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate could progress to being offered a position within the sales team to build his own book of business
