    Eaton pays £20 per week in monthly payroll to cover travel expenses in year one and year two. Employees will receive one meal a day.

    The working week will be Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4:45pm and then 8am to 12pm on a Friday.

What you will do in your working day

  • Apprentices will learn the application of the Eaton Aerospace parts portfolio which cover Airbus Commercial Jets, Boeing Commercial Jets, Combat Aircraft and a range of Helicopters.
  • Parts manufactured include Motors and Actuators, Stators, Shaft and Rotors.
  • Apprentices will have scope to explore their own interests. Eaton encourages all employees to develop to their full potential.
  • Apprentices will follow a robust rotational plan where they will have the support of the dedicated Apprenticeship Team to ensure their learning journey is exciting, engaging, and successful in line with their educational studies.

The training you will be getting

The apprentice will undertake the Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship.

The Apprenticeship will be on a day release basis at the Petroc Barnstaple Campus.
