What you will do in your working day

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing enquiries and communication with clients and providers
  • Handling post, updating records, and maintaining filing systems
  • Generating letters and assisting with reports and reviews
  • Obtaining and presenting quotations to advisers
  • Understanding platform operations and compliance processes
  • Managing applications and ensuring compliance
  • Maintaining diary and notes system
  • Ensuring compliance of files and documents
  • Fulfilling additional duties as assigned
  • Possess necessary knowledge and work towards acquiring basic administration and technical qualifications
  • Understand firm's administration and client service requirements
  • Ensure compliant provision of advice to clients as per firm's procedures Adhere to Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules Follow firm procedures for compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime
  • Stay updated on product, legislative, and technical changes
  • Uphold ethical standards within the firm

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
