What you will do in your working day

1. Quality Planning - time and priority management. 

2. Quality Assurance - ensuring that quality standards are maintained, through audits. 

3. Quality Control - carrying out inspections. 

4. Continuous Improvement. 

5. Ensure all health and safety and environmental policies are followed and address all safety non-compliance. 

6. Support new product launches.

The training you will be getting

A fully work-based programme working towards a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative standard following the Inspection/Quality pathway.

Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing (knowledge and skills).
