    Monday - Friday. Between 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.

What you will do in your working day

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Data entry and use of IT systems
  • Respond to emails
  • Assist with internal projects
  • Basic administration i.e., scanning and filing
  • You will be required to proactively manage your workload ensuring where possible, that all tasks are completed within defined service levels
  • Assist with customers and clients, and their enquiries
  • Assist management when required

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
  • Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

If the apprentice proves to be successful with their duties, the role may be expanded once the apprenticeship is completed.

Things to consider

The ability to drive would be an advantage due to the location of the office. However, the ability to drive is not essential.
