What you will do in your working day

We are currently seeking a dedicated Apprentice Production Chef to join our talented culinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and preparing sauces
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and utensils
  • Supporting the chefs with various tasks as required during busy service hours
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

The training you will be getting

Training will be at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer. 
  
Day release.  

You will undertake the Production Chef Level 2 standard.

You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths if needed.  

You will undertake both on and off-the-job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience.
