What you will do in your working day

Your day-to-day duties would include:

  • Filing invoices
  • Invoice processing
  • Photocopying
  • Replying to emails
  • Answering the phone
  • Greeting customers
  • Creating customer packs
  • Team meetings
  • Communicating with our Warehouse and Installation teams.
  • Communicating with our suppliers and industry representatives.
  • Working with the team to manage our social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to create engaging content. This includes generating ideas, capturing photos, using customer-provided images, and writing compelling captions. You will also collaborate on themed events such as ‘World Tea Day’ to develop marketing campaigns that span across various platforms.

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 qualification
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
  • Whilst the majority of training will take place at the employer's premises there will be occasional attendance required at Cirencester College.

Things to consider

Transport: We are located in Brockworth, Gloucestershire on the number 10 bus route from Cheltenham to Gloucester. The number 66 bus route from Stroud / Painswick to Cheltenham also has a bus stop in close proximity to our location. Additionally, we offer free parking for both our staff and customers. Dress code: Our dress code is smart/casual. We are a small office that frequently interacts with customers and values a professional appearance, we like to be smart and presentable therefore some branded uniform will be provided. The successful candidate will be provided with a comprehensive dress code guideline.
