What you will do in your working day

  • Pre screening learners to ensure they are eligible for the government funded courses 
  • Ensuring learners have provided all documents prior to their enrolment
  • Liasing with customers for suitable times and dates for enrolments 
  • Making sure any queries or questions asked by learners are answered 
  • General admin 
  • Answering calls 
  • Spreadsheet data
