What you will do in your working day

  • Assist in undertake general administrative and office management duties in support of the Assets Team and wider directorate as required
  • Undertake training provided diligently and work towards the achievement of targets, which may be set
  • Assist in the maintenance of databases and other information storage systems ensuring they are up-to-date, undertake data entry in a timely manner and produce accurate reports from these systems
  • Chase documents as required and collate meeting papers
  • Providing accurate information to stakeholders
  • Answering telephone queries and enquiries as required
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, booking rooms and other requirements as appropriate
  • Provide information directly to tenants on matters relating to the maintenance of their home
  • Assist in maintaining records relating to contract management and payment
  • Provide general correspondence and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with data reporting
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, as appropriate
  • Ensure the delivery of a customer-focused service, taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities and collaborating with others to ensure the best results for customers
