What you will do in your working day

  • Implement EHL ‘Core Values’ within daily tasks.
  • Assist Document Controller to manage and coordinate all documents as required by the Project using the Document Control Procedure / Document Control Register.
  • Support the accurate recording of documents received from contractors, consultants and suppliers to the Project are compliant.
  • To assist in regular audits of the Document Control system to ensure full Project compliance.
  • General Administration in accordance with the role.

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administration course will take place in the Work Place and Training Provider (location Rochdale).

Allocated Off-the-Job hours/day will be agreed per week.

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Following the completion of the Apprenticeship, progression to Project Document Controller, with the view to continue learning to obtain Information Manager qualification.
