What you will do in your working day

  • Assist colleagues and residents or patients of Northumberland in person, via telephone or email to provide a friendly and high-quality level of service.
  • Provide general administrative tasks such as processing
    information, creation and collating of documents.
  • Maintain information systems such as filing, uploading and extraction of data. 
  • Gather and enter data into spreadsheets, databases and other electronic information systems. 
  • Send and receive emails, accept and make telephone calls, deal with internal and external customers, answer straight forward queries.
