    Working days will consist of Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm. You will be entitled to a 1 – hour lunch break, to be taken between 12:00pm and 14:00pm.

What you will do in your working day

As a Business Administrator within our dynamic
recruitment agency, you will play a pivotal role in
supporting the smooth operation of our daily processes
while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how
DMA operates. Your primary responsibilities will include
acting as a champion for our in-house database, always
ensuring its accuracy and relevance. You will be tasked
with covering a wide range of administrative duties as
needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in
managing various tasks efficiently.

In addition to general administrative tasks, social media
management will be a significant aspect of your role. You
will take ownership of our social media presence, utilizing
platforms effectively for job postings, engaging content,
and community interaction. Your creativity and strategic
approach will contribute to expanding our online reach
and enhancing our brand visibility in the recruitment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a champion for our in-house database,
    maintaining its accuracy and relevance.
  • Handle various administrative tasks with efficiency and
    attention to detail.
  • Manage social media platforms, including job postings
    and engaging content.
  • Conduct candidate screening and outreach, adhering to
    established processes and scripts.
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute
    innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
  • Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On completion of this apprenticeship, the potential to
be taken on full time as a Recruiter. Salary to be
negotiated closer to the time.
