What you will do in your working day

• Inbound and outbound calls * (no cold calling involved)*
• Dealing with inbound customer enquiries through emails &
telephone calls
• Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and
within a reasonable timescale
• Contacting clients through a variety of channels to book
them on to our training courses
• Day-to-day office duties
• Maintaining and supporting with electronic and hard copy
filling systems
• Open and sort documents accordingly
• Assisting in resolving any administrative issues
• Taking payments by telephone on our company operating
• Maintaining and updating information on our CRM system
when required

The training you will be getting

  • The successful apprentice will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, as well as Functional Skills maths and English if needed
  • Day-to-day training will be conducted by the employer
