What you will do in your working day

  • Telephone calls
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Word processing
  • Creating spreadsheets, and filing
  • You’ll be dealing with the administration for a small management team, which means you’ll have a varied role involving contact with colleagues from across the business

The training you will be getting

  • The qualification that shall be obtained is a Business Administrator Level 3
  • You will also work towards Functional Skills level 2 in English and maths if required
  • The location of training shall be from the work site and shall include remote and face-to-face delivery of teaching and learning
  • Training shall be delivered monthly, with 1 day of the working week allocated for completion of work studies
