About the employer

Michael has owned Drings Butchers in Greenwich for 18 years, but the shop has been there probably since Greenwich Meantime was invented! We’re lucky that it’s thriving, alongside his other two businesses, The Cheeseboard and Ellis & Jones Fishmongers - all on the same street.
