What you will do in your working day

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Controller Apprentice to join our exciting team based at our head office in Thatcham. We would love your help in delivering care & support within our Service Department Team so that we can exceed customer expectations. We will provide all the training and support you need to ensure your success!

Duties will include:

  • Working alongside the Customer service team to manage incomming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Data entry
  • Updating information - using Microsoft & data systems
  • Planning and organising work

The training you will be getting

  • The apprentice will work towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, this will be group training at WBTC in Newbury once a month and a monthly 1-1 training and review meeting
  • Functional skills maths and English will be offered if required
