What you will do in your working day

  • Photocopying, scanning and binding as required
  • Filing documentation
  • Greeting clients and advising staff of their arrival
  • Making tea and coffee for meetings
  • Taking post to the post office and other local errands
  • Answering phone to take and pass on messages
  • Any other duties as requested from time to time as the employee learns and improves skills
