What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Providing office support to colleagues and customers
  • Keeping company data updated
  • Interacting with customers to build a good and lasting relationship
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Working as part as a team and also on their own using initiative

Responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting customer requests
  • Organising deliveries
  • Ordering stock
  • Stock management
  • Emailing customers and suppliers
  • Answering the telephone and also making telephone calls
  • Keeping all paperwork up to date
  • Using excel on a daily basis

The training you will be getting

  • BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF.
  • (Functional Skills, Level 2 - Maths, English - if not already achieved).
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills.
