About the employer

The name Percom was coined by its founder Elliott Valentine, to signify his passion, experience and qualification in helping Personal as well as Commercial customers. Having worked in other businesses where commercial customers were not able to spearhead their property transactions, Elliott decided to start a company that would handle property loans on their behalf. The scope of his idea involved not only commercial properties, but residential homes and incomplete development projects.
