What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Working under the supervision of management, and staff teams to ensure the effective running of the business
  • Dealing with queries on the phone, by email, etc.
  • Typing letters, reports, and other business documents
  • Creating rotas/updates computer records
  • Order office supplies
  • Set up meetings and take notes during them
  • Make training arrangements for staff
  • Visiting clients homes and staff teams in the field, therefore must be able to drive

You will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for
your End Point Assessment covering:
● Knowledge
● Skills
● Behaviour
As required to meet L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship
You will attend online masterclasses every other week for 1 day.
Maths and English Level 2 (if required)
