What you will do in your working day

  • General enquiries (telephone & email)
  • Putting new client files on the database and sending relevant documents to HMRC
  • Registering clients with HMRC for VAT, PAYE and Self-assessment
  • Franking outgoing mail
  • Opening morning post and distributing
  • Booking parcel force for outgoing and incoming packages
  • Forming Limited Companies
  • Stationary orders 

The training you will be getting

The apprentice will be working towards a Business Administration Level 3 and will expect to attend Craven College fortnightly on a Tuesday. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

A full time role at the company will be offered on successful completion of apprenticeship.
