What you will do in your working day

  • Generate Reports and document site risks and method of works for main contractors with the help of the key account manager.
  • Invoicing
  • Assist with typing of quotations and general letters in the operations team
  • Provide clear communication with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
  • Generally, assist in the smooth running of the operations department and manage the workflow

The training you will be getting

Next Level Training will provide comprehensive training and support throughout your 16-month Apprenticeship Period.

This includes:

  • Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard (14 months)
  • Functional skills development in English, maths, and ICT (if required)
  • Employability skills training
  • Workshops hosted fortnightly and training days at our academy and online
  • Tutor-led workplace assessments and ongoing support

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • To be full-time employed, or progression to another apprenticeship
