Summary
You would be responsible for ensuring loan repayments are paid back in line with the loan agreement policy. Often working with members in financial difficulty you ensure communication with members is fair and supportive. You must ensure that repayment decisions are made consistently and support the customer whilst protecting the credit union.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- Business administrator Level 3 qualfification
- 6 hours per week to study for the apprenticeship within working hours
- OneFile
- Remote learning
- 121 virtual meetings with the apprenticeship trainer
