What you will do in your working day

As a Trainee Lettings Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering clients and maintaining accurate records in our database.
  • Booking and coordinating property viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Logging and tracking repair requests efficiently.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenancy agreements and other legal documents.
  • Monitoring safety certificates and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Handling general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications .
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience not essential.
