    Pay review on successful completion of each level of study and promotion. Pay is also negotiable. We will pay up to the London Living Wage of £13.15 per hour for the successful candidate.

What you will do in your working day

The role will involve (but not be limited to):

  • Providing full administrative support to the lettings team
  • Producing new tenancy agreements and providing administration support of new tenancy files from the point of offer to completion
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the process runs smoothly along with terminations
  • Marketing, collating and processing invoices
  • Property management whilst providing excellent customer service at all times

The role includes a continuous long-term training and development programme starting with Level 2 Housing and Property Management course.

The training you will be getting

This course works towards a level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant apprenticeship standard.

This apprenticeship prepares an individual for a range of general housing/property management duties leading to operational or specialist roles.  

You will have an assigned tutor who will arrange face to face as well as remote visits and will be available for support at all times.  

The apprenticeship duration will be 12 months of training and a further 3 months of preparation for your End-Point Assessment.

Apprentices without level 1 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to completion of the apprenticeship and will also be required to take the tests for level 2.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

The role includes a continuous long-term training and development programme starting with Level 2 Housing and Property Management course.

Successful candidates will then have the opportunity to have a full time permanant position with increased salary and benefits commensurate to the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt at Level 2. There is the opportunity to further your knowledge with a fully funded programme  to Level 3 and then Level 4 with an End Point Assessment on completion of each module.

There will be professional industry qualifications by the awarding body and membeship of Propertymark as an Associate.

Things to consider

28 days paid holiday (plus a bonus day on your birthday) . 10% commission paid on the successful completion of any property let. The candidate must have a professional approach and demonstrate competency in Office 365 applications. Propertymark membership on completion of apprenticeship. Regular performance reviews.
