What you will do in your working day
- Health and safety on and off site, including all relevant legislation that will impact on the activities that affect the safe delivery of a site.
- Resource Management and planning of all works in build stages.
- Supplier management and reviews.
- Equipment and Logistics planning.
- Understanding of roles and areas in the business that have touch points with construction team.
- Learning and developing processes and procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of our resource tracking system (Sitetracker) and any subsequent data management tools.
- Relationship building with their peers.
- Undertand commercial impact on the activities undertaken.
- To undertake any other duties which fall within the job holder's capabilities.
The training you will be getting
- BSc (Hons) Construction Project Management.
- Chartered Member of CIOB (After EPA).
- Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
