What you will do in your working day

  • Health and safety on and off site, including all relevant legislation that will impact on the activities that affect the safe delivery of a site.
  • Resource Management and planning of all works in build stages.
  • Supplier management and reviews.
  • Equipment and Logistics planning.
  • Understanding of roles and areas in the business that have touch points with construction team.
  • Learning and developing processes and procedures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of our resource tracking system (Sitetracker) and any subsequent data management tools.
  • Relationship building with their peers.
  • Undertand commercial impact on the activities undertaken.
  • To undertake any other duties which fall within the job holder's capabilities.

The training you will be getting

  • BSc (Hons) Construction Project Management.
  • Chartered Member of CIOB (After EPA).
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
