What you will do in your working day

  • Communicating with enquiries on the telephone and via email.
  • Managing calendars for the scheduled workload.
  • Using internal software and also Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel.
  • Any other duties as required.

Supervision and support will be provided in the workplace.

Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you will achieve a L3 Business Administrator Standard.

The training you will be getting

Training will be provided within the workplace and support provided by the employer and an assessor visiting the workplace on a regular basis to conduct reviews.
