What you will do in your working day

  • Taking telephone calls from clients, customers and agents
  • Inputting data from CCJs onto our system
  • Sending Notices of Enforcement to debtors
  • Monitoring Enforcement Agents allocations
  • Sending email updates to clients
  • Developing High Court and Civil Enforcement Skills
  • Excel and Microsoft Word experienced
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Off the job training will take place through Oldham College one day a week
