What you will do in your working day

The general administration duties within this role may include:

  • Aid the lab staff with test sample preparation and recording of FR test results.
  • Completion of Non-Compliance documentation. In the event of a customer non-compliance, you will be responsible for investigating, documenting (physical and electronically-Clarkson Software System) of all internal and external testing.
  • Communicating both written(email) and verbal(telephone) with the customer, Sales Manager and Line/Production Managers
  • Physical and electronic record keeping of submission/re-submission of independent FR's and associated certification.
  • Analysis and sharing of computer-generated reports relating to quality and compliance.
  • Communicating with colleagues and customers.
