What you will do in your working day

  • Checking in various car parts that are delivered to the reception.
  • Reconcile delivery notes to ensure they match the parts that have been delivered.
  • Filing all relevant paperwork correctly.
  • Help prepare and enter data onto an estimating system. This will enable us to compile an estimate to send to Ins. Co’s

The training you will be getting

  • You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification.
  • You may also need to work towards Level 2 maths and English Functional Skills if not already exempt.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • We hope that you will continue to work in a permanent role within the business, provided you have proven yourself as the right candidate for the job.

We are a small family business with 4 people in the admin office. We have 12 people in the workshop repairing the damaged vehicles on site.
