What you will do in your working day

• Interacting with candidates over the telephone.
• Selling a range of jobs to candidates & managing their entire process.
• Carefully working through sourcing lists and recording/analysing results.
• Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process.
• Generating interest and pools of candidates within the chosen sector with a mixture of sourcing techniques.
• Provide leads (TSI) and market rates to the delivery team.
• Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of KPl's/results.

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 (A level) Apprenticeship Standard

Training delivered by Weir Training: The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the agreed subject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC Diploma/Standard and End Point Assessment. It may also include Functional Skills in Maths and English.

Training delivered by Employer: 12 Week Onboarding Training - 40 modules provided in 121, classrooms and on-the-job sessions to give the individual the tools to succeed as a recruiter.
