What you will do in your working day

Principle duties and responsibilities:

  • Support staff with admin and finance tasks as directed by the Head of Finance.
  • Undertake projects as required by the Head of Finance.
  • Advertise events as requested by the Head of Finance and keep spreadsheets and paperwork up to date.
  • Take minutes at meetings and type them up in a timely manner
    Write letters as requested.
  • Add data onto QCS database when required.
  • Input and submit all data for Salesforce.
  • Create reports from Salesforce as requested.
  • Maintain excellent records and accurate data entry of client information onto Salesforce.
  • Collate invoices as requested.
  • Undertake reception duties as required, signposting face to face customers and dealing with phone calls.
  • Retrieve and email answer machine messages.
  • Supervise any volunteers that work in Admin and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Update and create new company documentation/forms as requested.
  • Order business supplies.
  • Get quotes for the company purchase of services/products as required.     
  • Have comprehensive understanding of the other services and processes.
  • Undertake training as required.
  • Any other general duties as required.
