What you will do in your working day

Working as part of a team in our busy office and factory, you will be involved in the following:

  • Producing works orders on computer
  • Producing manufacturing production slips, using Excel and other software systems
  • Filing
  • Answering the telephone, and taking payments
  • Liaising with both trade & retail customers in our showroom
  • Booking in appointments for surveying using electronic dairy
  • Responding to e-mail enquiries
  • Serving customers
  • General all round office duties

The training you will be getting

  • Working towards Business Administration Level 3 Standard qualification
  • Functional Skills English and maths, if required
  • How training will be delivered is to be confirmed

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
