What you will do in your working day

Duties are varied and will include:

  • Filing electronic and paper records
  • Updating internal spreadsheets
  • Using online platforms to book customer parcels
  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Creating social media posts
  • General administrative responsibilities

Due to the nature of the business, there will be some supportive warehouse tasks, but this will be light duties such as preparing stock.

The training you will be getting

  • Working towards achieving your Customer Service Practioner Level 2
  • Functional Skills maths and Engish (if required)

  • Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Progression onto either Business Admin Level 3 or Customer Service Specialist Level 3
